So, the adventure begins - finally! I arranged transport from the Searey factory to a dock in Dallas through Southeastern Freight lines who had the best rates that I could find and the least hassle about low deductible insurance. Then I hired Roper's Wrecker in McKinney to deliver my crate all the way out to Azle - What great customer service they had! (Thanks Mark!). Delivery was fairly uneventful. I did put some of those little slippery furniture pads under the crate as we were unloading so that I could scoot all 1300 lbs across the garage floor if I needed - and Yes, I can budge it about 6-8 inches at a time by myself... Then Jon and Leah got home. Jon really excited to get started on our plane - Leah thinking that she might be able to get a consolation prize out of the deal… LOL, She has such a great sense of humor! Unpacking starts tomorrow, Tonight is date night, SkyFall with Leah…
Easiest way to deliver!
At Home - Jon is READY!
Mom is thinking that she might be able to get some jewelry out of this deal!
