Brief Description:  Powder coating

A good friend and award winning builder called me and suggested I look into powder coating the baffles to keep them looking good and to avoid corrosion. I decided to try my hand at it vs sending them out and bought the Eastwood dual voltage unit for about $115 and a extra large toaster oven on Amazon for about $50 and a pound of metallic red powder coating. The process is very simple, clean the part and hang it with an eectrical connection to the coating unit then turn it on and spray the powder onto the part and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Results look really nice and time will tell about how well the powder holds up. More parts to do and I'm sure I will find more tings I can powder coat going forward
