Made up the forward to rear baffle rods from stainless pin stock. These need to be cut and bent to shape then have 6-32 threads cut into them with a die. Pretty straight forward to cut the threads, just use lots of tapping oil and so slowly and a little at a time. The shorter rods interfere with the oil return lines if you bend them per plans, they need to be maybe half of the 20 degrees in the plans. Attached the rubber baffle pieces with pull rivets. All straight forward. The baffles need to be sealed to the engine with RTV still and will do that when I get some fresh RTV to use.
