Finished the snorkel assembly by sanding the inside corners where the cuts were made and then filled with epoxy/flox. The countours were make smooth and then the entore tp section was coated with a thin layer of epoxy to seal up the filled areas and cover the sanding marks. Snorkel now fits perfectly.
