Brief Description: Preparing parts for future sections
Prepared some parts ahead in sections 32 and 35 by adding nut plates and misc dimpling and countersinking. Built the seat back hinges from the hinge material and match drilled to the floors. These get riveted to the floor after they are installed.
The pre bent fuel lines and the stainless flex fuel and brake lines arrived today from Aircraft Specialty. These will save a ton of time and should last the lifetime of the airplane. I can't pretend to think I could bend and flare all of the fuel and brake hard lines per the plans with the degrree of accuracy and quality that these hard lines and flex lines provide. Not a place I want to try my never done this before skills out and prefer to get these professionally done. The look great and from other reports will fit perfectly.
