Bolter and riveted the cover ribs to the forward center section spar. Since there are some sections where you use temporary bolts and/or nuts (like attaching the bulkhead bars) and some areas where you torque the final assemblies, I am using a line of torque seal on the finisher nuts to signify they are properly assembled. Any nut without the torque seal will get a double inspection later to replace the temporary hardware and then torque seal as final assembled.
