Started trimming the inlet ramps to final size with the Dremel and belt sander. They fit pretty well and I can install after coating the insides with epoxy. Roughed up the inside of the cowling and cleaned with acetone then applied a coating of epoxy to seal the weave from oil and gas. the epoxy was tinted with white pigment but I may apply a light coating of white high temp paint as well. I did not thin the epoxy as it was 95 degress out and it was very thin already and spread out easily with a body filler spreader.
