Painted the flaps white and clear coated. They came out nice and I got better flow from the clear by adding another 10% reducer and going at a slower pace and laying it down wetter. Couldn't help myself as the flaps looked better than the horizontal stabilizer so I scuffed the clear on the stabilizer with some 600 and shot a nice wet coat of clear which flowed out nicely and looks even beter than before. Definite learning curve with painting.
