Tonight I made some good progress. Drilled and clecoed the HS404 and HS405 ribs to the right horizontal stab. It went well - I had done all of this previously on the left side so this is just rinse and repeat.
I also match-drilled the skin to the HS-702 forward spar. Piece of cake so far!
There are about 3 more steps before disassembling everything, cleaning it up (deburr, etc.), priming, and riveting it together!
Fluting the HS-404 rib to lay flat.
End ribs (HS404/HS405) installed and drilled to the assembly.
