Tonight I just prepped the skins for priming tomorrow. Ran out of daylight today, but will spray those tomorrow. Then - it's time to rivet. Finally.
I've been scuffing the parts with Scotchbrite pads, cleaning them with lacquer thinner, then spraying with NAPA 7220 self-etching primer. It's working great and seems to be tough stuff. Good enough for this Iowa boy, anyway!
