Brief Description: More part prep

Got all of the HS parts scuffed up and ready to clean/prime. Too cold and late tonight for priming/cleaning, but I will do that tomorrow after work. Also cleaned up some dimples tonight on the skins to make sure they are deep enough - a suggestion from my EAA Tech Counselor.
