Drilled out and punched out the solid rivets and disassembled the rear half of the center spar section. Backdrilled and trimmed the top and bottom doublers to the spar solid rivet holes. Trimmed deburred the L angles stiffeners and packers.
Drilled out the 5/32" solid rivets to 1/8 " 3/4 of the way. Used an undersize punch to drive them out
Used vice clamps to hold everything in every which direction before backdrilling the rivet holes
