Left the center spar assembled to drill through the 1/4" holes to mount the vertical angles. Backdrilled the dual stick vertical angles to 1/4". Unbolted and drilled out the rivets that hold the front and rear sections together.
Doing it this way, everything stays in alignment. Less stress
