Drilled out solid rivets from wing spar using the drilling jigs that I made. After removing the rivet heads, I used my rivet hammer with a pin punch installed to drive out the rivets. The 5/32 rivets were easy to remove because the dome head was on the front spar cap. The 3/16 rivets were harder because the dome was on the back spar cap which made drilling and driving out much more difficult.
