I removed one of the 1" layers of foam as two of them positioned me to far forward and made my legs obstructed the control sticks. Added a layer of 1/2" soft foam to the top surface. Made the seat backs from 1/4" plywood and attached an angle 20mm up from the bottom of the ply which prevents it from sliding down.
