The AUX breaker was shorting against the center sub frame of the fuse. Removed the panel and repositioned the breaker to the other end of the top line of breakers. Added a 16g bridging wire to power the breaker. Put a white vinyl circular patch over the old hole btu I will think of something better later. Reinstalled the panel and fastened it to the panel backing frame
