Drilled out holes to correct size, debur all holes, etch prime all metal to metal contact areas and riveted the skeleton together.
Slid the skeleton into the main skin and lined up the skin with the front edge of the spar and looked for my rivet lines on the ribs through the pre drilled holes in the skin. After checking alignment many times, I stared drilling and clecoing.
Drilled all of the holes out to final size
Riveting gives a great feeling of accomplishment
This bit I took my time with so that I didn't get any loose metal.
