Transferred the center points of all of the panel components. I cut the instrument holes with a circle cutter that I purchased from Sears on our Washington D.C. trip this month. All the other holes were drilled out with a step drill and the ones that had to be rectangular I rough cut with an air nibbler and finished off the hard way with a file.

All the circle cutters I've seen here in Aus have been junk compared to this one for $20 US from Sears
