Simply inflate the tube a little, apply talc to it, deflate tube, push tube into tire, inflate slightly and bounce it on the floor, rotate tube to line the valve with the red dot, assemble rim and inflate.
Some people may think it a bit lazy not packing the bearings by hand, but this way you can be certain that the bearings are packed properly, but It's still a messy job.
