Brief Description: wing walk doubler

Added a .032" 6061-T6 wing walk doubler because the .025" skins are not tough enough for us bigger guys.

slipped the doubler under the skin first, pushed the ribs out of the way and back drilled the holes

I haveen't walked on this yet but it's really tough now

the doubler overlaps into the spar rivet line
