Drilled out the solid rivets on the front half of the center spar and removed the front spar caps. Extracted the solid rivets stems from the caps with a hammer, 1/8" punch and a couple of blocks of wood as a bridge. Clamped on and backdrilled the front upper doubler to the front spar section. Backdrilled the front seat angle A5 holes and added an A5 rivet line through the top doubler as per plans.
