Disassembled aileron bellcrank rib parts on the R/h wing. Redrilled bellcrank pivot hole to 1/4" to suit the new bellcrank bearing AN4 bolt. Backdrilled the new bellcrank channel to the rib and installed the bellcrank pivot angles. Clamped a straight edge to the bellcrank rib and used an old L to brace back to the preceeding rib to hold everything in place for the L angles.
Made a brace to go between these two ribs on the top so thatrib spacing is correct
New bellcrank with dual race bearings
Just need to put the skin back on and drill through into the angles
