Fabricated the new aileron bellcranks from .125" 6061-T6 aluminium with bellcrank bearings.
Calibrated the R/H fuel tank sender and installed it into the tank. Inverted the tank and added som fuel to leak test the sender. It is now the 9-May 2010 and no sign of weeping.
Bearings are from Aircraft Spruce P/N, BC4W10 (AN218-4)
