To escape the heat over Christmas and new year I spent a bit of time in my airconditioned shed :)
I had previously drilled, deburred, primed and painted the door components, so it was straight into assembly. I have not riveted the inner sking to the structure yet, I am waiting to rivet on the nose skin, so I make sure the curve is correct in the door.
