Brief Description: Fixed ELT install dry run

A friend brought over his U/S Airtex ELT so I could do a dummy fit in the avionics tray. I had already added anchor nuts in the tray based on the Airtex drawings. Fitted perfectly, thankfully! Then I took it all out.
