I spent a fair chunk of the day over engineering the fuel selector mount. It was made up of multiple pieces and was an engineering pice of art. However, it was overkill and not going to achieve the initial goal of being able to leave the selector in place while the panel was removed. After tossing out the artwork, I remanufactured the fuel selector panel out of a piece of 0.050" alclad. It is strong enough to support the fuel selector, and SIMPLE! Drilled, deburred, and ready for painting.
