I worked through the process of building up the elevator trim tab today, after a few weeks of bad language and parts/freight bills!!!!! I actually didn't get the tab bends correct the first time, so I ordered two more skins from Vans. The next skin got a crease in it from the bending block I fabricated, and short story long, third time lucky!!! Anyhoop, the tab is built and mounted onto the elevator.
