More work on the baffles today. Finished up fitting and drilling the intake ramps to the side baffles, so I went ahead and formed the conical gussets. The gussets match the curve of the cowl intake. The gussents are all flush-riveted to the baffels to keep the airflow as smooth as possible. Whiel these look pretty simple, it is quite a task to get them fitted correctly with the correct radius. I completed the left side today and got the right side fitted and drilled.
I also made the bracket that support the inner edge of the left air ramp. The right air ramp is shorter so it doesn't need this additional support.
