Brief Description: Right Aileron and Flap Fitting 1
With help from my wife, we rotated the wing around in the jig and moved it to rest the main spar in the center section of my jig. I then rotated the wing to horixontal and clamped rests for the rear spar onto the Jig horizontals.
As with the left wing, the right aileron hinges (factory made) appear to be made with a bad batch of angle that isn't quite 90 degrees preventing the angle from setting flat on the rear spar. I rebuilt both hinges with new angle. I also dressed out the edges and primed the parts that would be hidden when assembled.
