Finalized the vertical position of the flap and drilled the flap brace to the rear spar. I decided to use the two hinge pin method with the pin split in the center. I bent the pins and added a nutplate to the flap brace to retain the pins. Today I also finished drilling and trimming the aileron gap fairing.
The nutplate isn't installed in this picture, but you get the idea.
