Brief Description:  Left Wing Electrical 1

Up to now, I haven't broken out the wing electrical separately, but will do so going forward.

My left wing will have Heated Pitot, Landing Light, Nav Light, Strobe Light, and maybe an antenna TBD.

I am installing a connector at the root to connect the wing to the electrical system. I intend to do as much building as possible in the garage and this will allow me to complete almost all the electrical before mating the wings perminately.

I bought some new surplus MIL spec circular connectors. These connectors are top-notch and retail new for almost $200 each. They are aluminum body, weather prrof, gold contact, and locking. Each contact is rated to 17amps which is plenty.

The receptacle will be located in the rib lighting hole one rib outboard of the root rib. I have two sets of conduit running from the root to the tip. The second conduit is for future use if I decide to add an antenna.
