Cut aileron stiffeners to size, matchdrilled to skin using cleco into workbench method. Deburred, dimpled, primed and back-riveted stiffeners to aileron skin. I was low on primer so I only did the rivet lines for now, I prepped the remainder and shot another coat later. The back-riveting plate is home-made and worked out just great! The painters tape is there to keep the skin from sliding around on the plate.
