Wow, I haven't updated my log for a while. This is a quick entry. In addition to mounting in the panel there is a bracket at the subpanel to support the engine control cables. I fabbed up this part from some scrap, trimmed and bent to fit. The porpose is to take the strain off the control mounting and limit stress at the control/cable junction. I trearted the piece with a chromate conversion coating and installed nutplates for the cusion clamps.
