This isn't actually the first entry for engine baffles. I had rolled the baffels into the engine installation category, but they take a lot of work and need their own section.
Today I decided to take a break frm the electrical for a bit and have some sheet-metal fun. I fit the lower intake ramps to the engine and trimmed them to clear the cowling enough for initial fitting. I made the bends in the ramps to match the contour of the intakes. I also made the bends to the bottom flange of the side baffles. This flange will rivet to the ramps,
