Today I started wiring up the control sticks. The pilot side has 7 buttons and the copilot has just one. The switiches all go to ground, so there is just one common for each stick.
Wiring up the switches on the pilot side was pretty straightforward. The had park was getting all the wires out of as small a hole as possible. I ended up crimming them all through a 1/4" OD snap bushing and it worked out great. I had to rub the wires with boelube to get them through, they are not going anywhere on their own, that is for sure.
I tried to exit the wire close the the pivot point of the stick so they would see as little motion as possible.
