Today I made the mounting braket and installed the Comm antenna. I made a doubler out of 0.040 that also rivets to the seat rib web. I stacked the 0.063 doubler that came with the antenna on top of this and riveted the whole mess together. I used nutplate rather than the nuts and lock washes that came with the antenna.
