Today I started work on the Tunnel cover and fuel selector mount. The tunnel cover is a part from the RV-7 as is not made to fit the RV-6. When I fitted the stiffeners to the floor, I adjusted the width to fit the tunnel cover. I started out with the kit-supplied parts for the fuel selector mount, but ended up tossing those and fabbing up all of my own parts. I match drilled the vertical portion of the mount using the F-604 bulhead as a guide.
