Additiona work on 12/18/11: After I riveted the trailing edge of the rudder I had to form and rivet the leading edge. I use a section of 3/4" OD water pipe to roll and form the LE. I did quite a bit of hand-forming to get the radius correct. I then match-drilled the skins, deburred and blind-riveted them together. I then installed the rod-ends that will attach the rudder to the stab and adjusted them to spec using a tool I made from PVC (got the idea from the VAF forum).
