With the aft skin clecoed in place I went ahead and riveted the vertial rib to F-606. Since the rib is riveted and the skin in place the structure is sufficiently rigid to fix the intersection where the bellcrank mounts. I carefully measured and marked the intersection of the two ribs for drilling. I pilot drilled with a #40, then #30, #12, 7/32 and then reamed to size.
I then made the spacers to go on either side of the bellcrank.
