Today I marked out my rivet pattern on the bulkheads and then used the fluting pliars to straighten the flanges. I then drilled the J-stringers to the bulkheads, primed, and riveted them in place.
I also pre-drilled the main longeron for the rivets that will hold the lower edge of the tailcone skin. With that done, I started to pre-drill the bulkheads with a 1/16" bit.
When I did the bottom skins, I marked and pre-drilled the skin and then match-drilled to the bulkheads. This time I am pre-drilling the bulkheads and then match-drilling to the skin. Now that the fuselage is being closed up, I don't have as good of access for marking like I did for the bottoms skins, so pre-drilling the bulkheads works better.
I did a test-fit of the skin to see how everything would come together.
