After riveting the step on, I went ahead and did some final fitting / alignment of F-629 A drilled it in place. I also fabbed of the piece of angle that ties the F-628 and F-629 together. aft intersection of these two channels is where the elevator bellcrank will mount.

Before drilling I re-checked that the fuselage was level and use every means available to me to ensure the the F-629 is as true as posible. I am confident that I am within 0.1 degrees of vertical and square to F-606. The 2" distance between F-628 and F-629 is accurately maintained in all planes. As long as I drill the hole for the Bellcrank mount perfectly, then this assembly should be exact. In case you are wondering, nothing in this assembly is especially critical where 0.1 degree tolerance is called for. I could have been off by 1/4" and it wouldn't really matter. Might as well do it right if I can though.
