After having fun with the baggage floor nutplates I put the the floor back in place along with the seat pans and started making the side panels for the flap actuator housing. I made a template out of cardboard and then transfered that template to the aluminum. I match-drilled the panels to the exesting screw holes in the floor and then drilled the side panel to the structure. I installed nutplates for attaching the panel to the structure. Some final deburring / cleanup and one side panel was complete.
