After having all that fun installing nutplates I moved on to fitting the structure for the flap actuator. I am installing the electric flaps vs. the standard manual flaps. I fitting and drilled the forward support that will also be the mount for the flap actuator. I drilled the assembly to F-605 and match-drilled it to the seat pan mouting screw holes.
I the started fitiing the rear brace. Eventually the flap actuator will be housed in this assembly and the sides will have sheatmetal attached to enclose the works.
I also fabbed up one of the flap actuator pivot points.
