Today I re-mounted the seat pans and drilled everything out to #30. I then drilled the mounting holes for the nutplates that will attached the forward sections of the seat pans. I'm still undecided if I will use rivets or screws to attach the aft portion of the seat pans and baggage floor. To do both will meen a lot of extra nutplates, somwhere around 100 additional nutplates (which are a lot of work to drill). If I decide to go forward with screws, I will buy a nutplate drilling jig. I could also just attach one side with screws and the other with rivets. I have planty of time to make this decision before I need to close the floor.
After I drilled everything out to #30 I drilled the holes to attach the seat pans and baggage floor to F-605 (they overlap in this area).
