After I drilled the right skin to the structure, I marked the bottom (top in the jig) edge for trimming. I only trimmed aft of the F-604 since I'm not sure how the interface to the forward floor skin works just yet. After trimming, I started to work forming the cone-shaped transistion to the tailcone. I can tell already that this is going to be a PITA to get a nice clean finish. More fun to come.
On the plus side, the side skin was pretty easy to fit and drill, just time consuming sice there is a lot of thick material to drill through.
