Today I started to "officially" jig up the fuselage. Throughout the week I was deburring and priming bits and pieces, but didn't get a lot done since I was stuck late at work a number of days. I also re-checked and leveled the entire jig. I then positioned the firewall and bolted it to the vertical jig members. I added additional members to the vertical to make sure the firewall stayed in position. I then ran equal-length bits of safety wire from the engine mount brackets back to the last bulkhead position 'triangulating' the bulkhead to confirm that everything was square.
I used a level and plumb-bob to make sure all the bulkheads were centered as I clamped them to the jig.
