Today I started work on the rear-spar carrythrough bulkhead. I made the splice plate and tapered the F605c bars. I also drilled the F605c and F605b to the F605A assembly. I then bought a pice of 1/2 MDF to layout the bulkhead for assembly of the vertical and top horizontal members.
Well, I screwed up and trimed the wrong side of the F605e crossmember. I didn't realize this until I was starting to place the F605g angle and things did look right. Good thing I didn't start drilling. I already placed an order to Vans for a replacement part. For now I will move on to the next assembly.
