With some down-time while the pro-seal on my left tank cures, I figured I should get started on the wing cart. I laid out a design and then made a run to home depot for some lumber. I then assembled both end frame for the cart. Once I'm ready to put the wings on the cart, I will attach the cross members.
The cart is made of 2X4s and plywood leftover from the wing crate. The cart has four casters so I can roll it around as needed. Total assembly cost including carpet and casters (seen rolled in the picture) was around $60. The casters are steel-wheel with solid rubber tire and weight capacity of 275lbs each.
The entire assembly is glued and screwed together with interlocking members. These things are tough and quite heavy.
