Empennage arrived late last week; two boxes of manageable size. However, I left the empennage alone. I explored the use of the new tools (Avery Kit) to construct Van's practice project #1. Results are pictured; The kit does a great job requiring use all the tools that will be brought to bare on the a/c construction; at least all of the unique tools that were provided with the Avery Kit. Technique is acquired as well. Lastly, the need for attention to detail of the written instructions became evident. It is easy to get ahead of yourself and horse something up. Happy Holloween!
