Brief Description:  Work Space Set UP

This is an RV-7A project at its very beginning stage. There will be much better sites from which to draw information on the building of an RV, however I wish to capture the whole adventure here for posterity. I am a fan of Dan Checkoway's sight for information myself. Avery's Tool Kit with the 3X rivet gun was purchased and I picked up a small drill press, band saw, and bench grinder. I am set up in the basement. I ran my air compressor line out through the back of the house and will wheel the portable compressor out there during working hours. My main assistant will be JC, the "rivet bucking beagle." If he works out, look for us on David Letterman. At first, I was only going to work the empennage and wings in the basement and then move to the garage for the fuselage. However, if I remove my walkout door and door frame, I will have 48". Van's says I should be able to get the fuselage through that opening. Anyway, that is a long way down the road. I am awaiting arrival of the empennage and wing shipment. Wish me luck. Thank you.
